（一）本活動免費參加，現場名額限228名，額滿為止。
（二）本研討會備有中英文同步翻譯。
（三）本次活動分為上午場及下午場，各場次之商標代理人在職訓練時數分別 認定，每場180分鐘。
（四）參加者須於各場次開始時至報到處完成紙本簽到，並於各場次結束時掃 描現場提供之 QR Code 填寫回饋問卷，完成上述程序後，始認定該場次
之出席時數。
（五）欲取得「商標代理人在職訓練時數」者，請務必於報名表單填寫「商標 代理人登錄字號」，並依規定完成各場次之出席程序，以利後續時數認 定作業。
The Taiwan Trademark Association (TTA) is pleased to invite you to the 2026 International Trademark Symposium on Recent Developments in Trademark Law and Practice Across Jurisdictions, to be held on Monday, November 16, 2026.
The symposium will feature discussions on trademark use practices and risks of nonuse in the United States, as well as legal disputes involving well-known trademarks in Europe.

V. Registration Information and Important Notes
- This symposium is free of charge. On-site attendance is limited to 228 participants, and registration will close once all places are filled.
- Simultaneous interpretation in Chinese and English will be provided.
- The morning and afternoon sessions will be recognized separately for continuing education credits, with 180 minutes allocated to each session.
- Participants must complete the paper sign-in procedure at the registration desk at the beginning of each session and submit the feedback form by scanning the QR Code provided on-site at the end of each session. Both procedures are required for attendance recognition.
- Registered trademark attorneys in Taiwan who wish to obtain continuing education credits must provide their Trademark Attorney Registration Number in the registration form and complete the required attendance procedures for each session.
